Jessica Lewis is a fulltime yoga teacher, forever a student. Her specialties in yoga are gentle vinyasa and yin/restorative. Jessica found Pound as a low impact cardio workout when she was healing from an ankle/foot injury. Pound is very complementary to her yoga practice but adds the cardio element she wanted. Jessica teaches from a body positive, inclusive, accessible teaching methodology in both her yoga and Pound classes.
