With the toasty summer months ahead and a ton of fun, sweaty, #POUNDontheROAD activities on the roster, we thought it would be the perfect time to remind you to to toss back some cool, refreshing WATER. Water really does fix (almost) everything, from colds, to headaches, and even (GASP) wrinkles, and that certainly makes us and the whole POUND Posse pretty dang HAPPY!
When we were growin’ up, every time we’d come down with a cold, both our mothers would say, “Just drink water,” and we would always roll our eyes. But now, as we’ve gotten older and (a little bit) wiser, we realize they were really on to somethin’! Now, we’re big-time believers in the unrivaled benefits of water and want you to get HAPPY and HYDRATED with us this June with our first HEALTH challenge ever- #HAPPYHYDRATION!!
