Amy Seow is a Singapore-based ICON with infectious energy and a vivacious personality. Whether at a regular class or at a POUND Pro training, she enjoys creating a fun environment for participants to let loose and feel free. There’s no way you’ll be able to keep a straight face at her trainings—Amy is hilarious! In 2017, this ROCKSTAR was humbled to receive the Excellent Service Award – Silver Award, a Singapore National Award that recognizes individuals who have delivered quality service.
