Arizona-based Danielle O’Reilly has an extensive background in K-12 physical education but truly loves working with youth and adults alike. Cooking and music light up Danielle’s heart when she’s not leading classes, but ultimately Danielle is passionate about helping others reach their health and fitness goals. Danielle’s philosophy for unleashing the permission to rock in others is to lead by example. She believes that if you offer energy, enthusiasm, and an open heart to class participants they’ll do the same.
What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Right before a performance, visualize your best show. Put yourself on the stage, air drum, and verbalize each pattern from beginning to end. Imagine what your best performance would look like, sound like, and feel like.
What activity do you do that makes you feel most like yourself?
Teaching! Group fitness, physical education, personal training – just teaching in general.

What superpower would you most like to have?
How do you pick just one? Well, I love animals, so being able to communicate with animals would be SUPER cool!
