Kristin Weitzel is a Los Angeles based ICON. Kristin has been passionate about fitness all her life, growing up as a dancer and then becoming a certified yoga instructor in 2010. She has taught students and trained teachers internationally with her powerful yet empathetic style. POUND is near and dear to Kristin’s heart, as a modality that continues to inspire her to bring people together from all walks of life in an effort to foster positive solutions, healthier lifestyles, and empower communities.
