Richard Johnson is an Australia-based ICON who has been entertaining and inspiring the masses for over 20 years. From humble beginnings in freestyle aerobics in 1995, he has taught classes in strength training, martial arts fitness, yoga, cycling and Pilates before joining the global POUND® family in 2016. Participants of his trainings can expect to be completely captivated by his teaching style and fun loving attitude. Fitness has been a life-long passion for Richard and there is nowhere he feels more alive than when he is onstage, immersed in rock music with a pair of Ripstix in his hands!

What’s the first thing you do when you get home from a trip?
Hug my family of course! But if they’re not home, open the fridge and snap off a row of Cadbury Old Gold chocolate!

It’s not selfish to put yourself first.
