You asked, so we’re serving up 15 days of sweat with a daily focus on our four favorite things: MUSIC, MOVEMENT, MEALS, and MENTAL HEALTH (we love a good theme ). Starting Oct. 1st, join us virtually, on socials and in class, for our ROCKTOBER Challenge and get ready to let the music move you!

- A commitment to moving for at LEAST 30 minutes a day.
- A daily check-in from POUND HQ with built-in activities, action items, and contests.
