Build Your Own Breakfast

Meal prep is one of the keys of success. On the HIGHWAY TO WELL, you’ll learn how to prep like a BOSS. Here’s three different ways to build your breakfast.

Cinnamon Berries:

1/2 C mixed raspberries and blackberries
1 t raw honey
pinch of cinnamon

Nectarine and Coconut:

1 T unsweetened coconut flakes
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of sea salt
1 nectarine, sliced
1 t maple syrup

Cherries and Almonds:

1/4 C pitted chopped cherries
1 T slivered almonds – toasted if you have time!
pinch of sea salt
