Hit the Streets is the one workout on your calendar that is not found inside the POUND ROCKOUT RESULTS SYSTEM. Hit the Streets is any type of moderate to high level fat-burning cardio spanning a duration of 30 minutes or more. It includes dancing, hiking, biking, and any cardio or conditioning group fitness class.

30 Minutes of cardio will boost your cardiovascular endurance, improve heart health and burn calories. And just like POUND, it helps release endorphins that can improve mood and ease stress!

We LOVE to Hit The Streets to mix up our exercise routine. How do we choose which workout to do? It just depends on how we feel that day! Hitting a yoga class in the morning before work can completely turn a trying work week around. Skateboarding by the beach or playing a pick-up soccer game with our friends makes the weekends feel like an endless summer.   1. Martial arts — actually my schedule is a little modified. I teach and take karate on Tuesdays. I also started my “tour” a little early. I got my DVDs and was so anxious to try them. I am officially in love! No knee pain during the workouts are the best thing. I felt some major DOMS after the first workout, especially in my obliques and glutes! Can’t wait to see the final results. I’ve also cleaned up my diet. Can’t wait until June 🙂
