Week 3 has arrived and, as we head to the Lone Star State of Texas, we can’t help but be inspired by the one-and-only Janis Joplin. Janis was born in Texas and became one of the most iconic female performers of all time. She was sharp as a tack, incredibly interesting and an ELECTRIC performer. If you ever have some extra time, check out a few of her interviews and let yourself get inspired by her frank and humorous wisdom. She defied the odds, rebelled against social norms, and MADE NOISE!!

Of all the incredible things that Janis has said, there’s one that sticks out the most:

“Don’t compromise yourself. You are all you’ve got”

This quote speaks to us on many levels and as we head into the third week of tour, we want to send you a little bit of tough love. (Take a deep breath).
