We’re turning up the volume on LUUUV and celebrating the PEOPLE and things that make our collective heart BEAT.

  • PRO tip: Face-to-camera videos resonate with audiences on social media more. They may seem intimidating at first, but studies show they can help you connect better with your audience because they feel genuine, show emotions clearly, and make content creators seem more relatable.

WHAT: Join us as we make noise in honor of US Black History Month with a very special POUND Rockout Workout Class led by ICONs Yolanda Dunn, KaToya Sumner and Paula Bennett on February 23 at 4PM PST. This class is free to the public so anyone can join! Tour Crew can help support by:

  • Posting promos, feel free to share this graphic as one of your deliverables this month.
  • Sign up to join + encourage your Posse to as well! Share the link to a Facebook caption, your IG or TikTok bio or to link out in stories. PRO tip: Because Instagram and Tiktok don’t link out hyperlinks in your captions, consider adding it as a link in your bio. Instagram allows up to 4 links, you can say on a post “click the link in my bio to sign up” instead of linking out directly in the caption.

FOCUS: PICK YOUR PAUSIN’ CHALLENGE

WHAT: We’re dropping a fun mini-challenge on socials starting from Feb 12-26; The PICK YOUR PAUSIN’ mini challenge! Here’s the plan: Pick one of these habits  to do consistently for 15 days: 

  1. WATER: Get your recommended daily intake of water (either through drinking or eating)
  2. NATURE WALK: Step outside and say hi to mother nature
  3. BREATHE: Take a few minutes to focus on your breath and calm your body
  4. JOURNAL: Put pen to paper and empty your mental load

We’re encouraging our global Posse to be each other’s accountabilibuddies + create a community of support around your chosen habit. TOUR CREW – as our LOUDEST noisemakers – will help promote and be an active participant in this challenge by sharing content + using your team hashtags of whichever habit you choose #teamwater, #teamnaturewalks, #teambreathe, or #teamjournal – make sure you check your team hashtags everyday, encourage your Posse to participate  + engage with others on your team!

  • Post a series of photos or a short video documenting your nature walk, highlighting the beauty of the outdoors and encouraging followers to take a break from their screens.
  • Share a fun fact or interesting tidbit about local trails or plants in your area.
