I started off as the shy girl hiding out in the back of the class almost four years ago but POUND sparked my soul, taught me to love my body, and built my self confidence so now I'm up front, teaching! In my full time career, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker so I understand the importance of physical activity in helping take care of our mental health.
