Global-e is a global e-commerce solution that allows us to present our international shoppers with product prices in the currency of their choice, aggressive international shipping costs, and the lowest possible guaranteed order total. Global-e allows us to serve the best possible shopping experience to our international customers, so you can always buy from us with certainty.

Just add items to your basket and click select to check out. Global-e calculates and displays the order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from our warehouse in the US to your selected international destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes imposed by customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.

As long as you select to prepay duties and taxes, the order total presented at checkout is the exact amount you’ll be billed by Global-e, and there will be no additional costs due upon delivery.

Currently, Global-e supports billing in more than 60 currencies, with more being added on an ongoing basis. Click here to view and select from a list of our supported currencies. Once you confirm your preferences, you will be able to see products priced in your selected currency.

Yes, Global-e supports international gift-giving, in that you can receive a guaranteed order total for an order that is shipping internationally, but pay in US dollar using a US credit card. This also works if you’re traveling or living abroad.

Currently, Global-e supports many different payment methods, including those widely used in different regions such as Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, American Express, Klarna, UnionPay, etc.; with additional payment options coming soon.

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the Global-e international checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

Your credit card will be billed by Global-e when your international order is shipped.

Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Global-e supports. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the Global-e international checkout.

If for some reason there are any items that cannot be exported from the United States or imported into your destination country selection, Global-e will notify you during the checkout process.

Orders shipping to military addresses should go through our domestic checkout, as they are not subject to the same costs and logistics flows as our other international orders. To do this, you should shop as if shipping to an address within the US.

Your credit card will be billed by Global-e and your credit card statement will show Global-e C/O POUND – ROCKOUT. WORKOUT.

Unfortunately, we do not currently support the sale of gift cards to international customers or the redemption of gift cards for international orders.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please visit our Return Policy page to view instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner, Global-e in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.

Please ensure all information is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Once an order has been placed, our warehouse immediately begins processing the order making it difficult for orders to be altered or changed. If you already submitted your order, one option would be to reach out directly to the courier after the order is shipped with the order’s tracking information. In special cases, they may allow you to redirect the package for a fee, but that is not a guarantee.
