In 2016, I discovered POUND through a Facebook ad. There were no classes in our area but I saw instructor training, so I took the plunge and drove to Quebec by myself, leaving my kids for the first time EVER!
I had no idea what to expect when I walked into that room that day and I doubted myself so much that I almost cancelled. I will never forget that moment. It changed my life forever & I fall in love with POUND more every day!
