Hi All. I'm a 44 year old momma. I've been a Pro for almost 9 years. Pound makes me feel amazing. I am an AFAA certified group fitness instructor with other format licenses as well, but Pound is my passion. The rush of endorphins gets me through my week at my muggle job working for a Neurosurgeon group here in town. The mixture of movement and the LOUD music is the best way to get your sweat on in my humble opinion. Can't wait to Rock with you!!
