My fitness journey began with Pound 8 years ago, I have been teaching Pound for 5 years and in 2018 I officially became a Pound Icon. I believe strongly in the message we convey and I consider myself blessed to be able to do what I love every single day. I get to show the world that Pound is for any age, any stage.

I am recently certified as a Generation Pound instructor.
