I absolutely fell in love with POUND after my first class and there was no looking back. I got ACE GFI Certified in Dec '19 then POUND certified in May '20. I taught my first virtual class in June '20. I'm excited to share my love of music and fitness with people and I'm grateful to have this platform with which to do it!
I'm currently teaching POUND, Generation POUND, and Unplugged classes in the Princeton, MN area after having moved in 2021.
