My family and I have been in Clarksville for about six years now. My husband and I have three kids, one dog, one cat, and one snake (non-venomous). Our 1st has our 1st grandbaby while our 2nd is enlisted and working, & our 3rd is going in 10th. I joined the gym to get fit without fulling knowing what to do. Through some help, a trainer, knowledge from others, and dedication, I was able to learn about the different machines, reps, and food intake.
