I know it sounds cliche, but POUND truly changed my life! I started on a huge weight loss journey over 3 years ago when I took my first class. It truly was love at first strike, but because of my weight I struggled with keeping up. I was approached about becoming certified & by the time my training rolled around, I struck the ground for the first time!! I knew then that I was going to stick w/the weightloss & use POUND as a way to give back!
