I tried my first Pound class 3 years ago and absolutely fell in LOVE! It allowed me to feel athletic and confident after having my second baby.

I recently became a Pound Pro and this wild ride of being an instructor has begun. The ability to rock out and feel the intensity of the whole room jamming and beating together is exhilarating!!
