Hello!! My name is Katie! I got certified to teach POUND in 2018. I have been a student of POUND for many years prior. Shortly after my first certification, I became certified in Generation POUND. I teach both classes in my local communities in San Diego, CA. I love how POUND creates a sense of community! I love helping my posse feel like the greatest versions of themselves!
