I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Karie Waldusky, and I am from Chippewa Falls, WI. I retired November 2024 and have always been interested in yoga, and I have practiced for over 15 years. I decided to become a teacher over a year ago. My training consisted of a 200-hour Radiant Warrior, trauma informed online course through Yoga Farm, Ithaca, NY, and I earned my certificate in February 2025. Thus, ccreating Element-A Yoga Practice.
