I was born and raise in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico. I moved to Canada to study English, ended up staying, married a Canadian and had 2 wonderful boys.
I have being a Zumba® Instructor since 2010 and POUND® instructor since 2019 , and I LOVE IT !
It`s so energizing, infectious, inspired by the fun of playing the drums, Instead of listening to music, you become the music!
