I became a Pound Pro April 2018, but fell in love with the workout 2 years previous when my friend was the instructor, and I lived in another state. I became a Pro after moving so I could continue this fun class and bring it to others who want to find a love for themselves and music. This class is for everyone, and the amazing group of people you get to workout with is an added bonus!
