I have always had a passion for health and wellness. With a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy, my full time job is helping people restore function through movement. I always wanted to reach a wider population to address disease prevention and wellness.
Growing up you could always find me dancing and performing! I was introduced to pound in 2015 and it was love at first strike! I became a licensed pound pro in 2019 and have not looked back!!
