Hello I am Sarah, friends call me Reaux (row). I fell in love with POUND in 2020 and am excited to be bringing it to you! Having lost 100 pounds in my own weight loss journey, I wanted to dive into helping others with getting healthy and happy! In my spare time I am a singer in a rock band, fight like a Viking in a reenactment and sword club, and spend lots of time adventuring with my family! I love my music and my people LOUD! POUND ROCKS!
