Hello everyone!!! My name is Rikki. I have been a group fitness instructor since 2005. I became a Pound instructor November 2019! I'm also certified for Pound Generation and Unplugged. I am a coach for middle school students. As you can see fitness is my passion for ALL ages. I am a wife, mom, dog and cat mom. Teaching classes is my therapy! I love doing what I do, getting others motivated to move, be active and taking them to their getaway!
