You do not need to be a POUND Pro first, and you do not need any previous fitness certifications. POUND Unplugged blends high‑intensity movement with intentional breath work and guided mindfulness. The format picks up the heart rate with rhythmic, athletic sequences that match the pulse of the music, then gradually shifts toward grounding exercises that help the body recover and the mind settle. It is the same powerful POUND style you know, paired with added tools that support mental clarity and emotional well‑being.
During Training, you will learn how to structure a full Unplugged experience from start to finish. You will explore how to ramp participants up with dynamic movements, coach them through rhythm‑driven conditioning, and transition them into calming breath patterns and meditation drills. You will practice teaching the movements, cueing the beats, and guiding the cooldown in a way that feels smooth, safe, and uplifting for every participant.
The Training also shows you how to create classes that meet people where they are. You will study modifications for different fitness levels, strategies for keeping energy high without overwhelming beginners, and ways to help participants stay connected to their breath during the most challenging tracks. Everything you learn is designed to help you lead classes that feel powerful, intentional, and deeply restorative.
