You can pause your subscription to The Label by submitting a freeze request form. You must submit your freeze request in The Label by visiting My Account ->>> Manage Subscription. To make sure you won’t get billed for the upcoming payment period, please submit your request at least 15 days before your upcoming billing date.
Through the duration of your freeze, you will:
- Lose access to all choreography.
- Lose access to any archived tracks.
- Not be permitted to teach any POUND classes.
If you would like to end your freeze early and resume your subscription, log into The Label ->>> My Account ->>> Manage Subscription and select Unfreeze.
