To cancel your subscription to The Label, visit My Account ->>> Freeze or Cancel Subscription.
Under the NEED TO PAUSE section, select “No, I prefer to cancel” and follow the prompts. You’ll receive an email confirmation from us when you’re finished.
If you choose to cancel your subscription to The Label, your status as a POUND Pro becomes inactive. This means you are no longer authorized to teach POUND classes, and several key Pro benefits will no longer be available.
Here’s what changes once your subscription is cancelled:
- You will not be able to teach any POUND format
- You will lose access to choreography, music, and new releases
- You will not be able to use Pro marketing materials, Ripstix packages, or Pro Perks
- You will not receive ongoing updates or communication intended for active Pros
You will still be able to log in to The Label to download your training certificate at any time. If your cancellation occurred within the last six months, you will also see an option to re‑subscribe by logging back into your account.
We always want our Pros to feel fully supported and equipped, and The Label is the home base for everything you need to teach, grow, and stay connected to the POUND community. If you ever decide to return, we would be excited to welcome you back.
