POUND Unplugged is exclusively 30-minutes. The POUND Unplugged class experience is structured in two segments. 20 minutes to ROCK, heat up the body, raise your heart rate and peak your performance, followed by challenging mat work intended to build strength both inside and out. This segment is followed by a 10-minute RESET. A series of powerful and integrated mindfulness exercises, stretching, breath work, and meditation.
