POUND Unplugged offers a more intentional, condensed experience that blends movement with mindfulness.
This 30 minute class is designed in two distinct segments that guide you through both effort and recovery.
The first 20 minutes are dedicated to the signature POUND experience. You’ll ROCK through high-energy movement that builds heat, elevates your heart rate, and challenges your performance. From there, the focus shifts into mat-based work that supports strength from the inside out.
The final 10 minutes are your RESET. This portion of class brings everything back down with guided breath work, stretching, mindfulness, and meditation. It’s a chance to reconnect, recover, and leave feeling grounded.
