Why haven’t I received any of my virtual training-related emails?

If you want to view your training information right away, head to MY TRAININGS & EDU. Everything related to your Training lives there. Zoom links are kept updated and will be on this page if you need it.

For a Virtual Training, you should receive a digital copy of the Training Guide and a Ripstix Request Form for your pair of Ripstix. If you haven’t received either of these, let us know at [email protected] and we’ll make sure you’re all ready for Training.

If you are not receiving emails from us, one of a few things may be happening. You might not be subscribed to our communications, your inbox could be blocking messages from POUND, or your email address may have been entered incorrectly during registration.
