Born and raised in Houston, TX, living life with my husband and two beautiful children, and full-time a Chief Strategy Officer for an IT Company. In 2015, I became a POUND Pro finding an outlet that provided camaraderie, self-expression, and allowed me to truly be myself in a healthy way for my body and mind and FELL IN LOVE. In 2017, I became part of the ICON Master Training family allowing me to educate and train Pros across the globe!
