I am a full-time physical education, health and athletic director for grades K-8. On the side, I took up Pound because I fell in love with the format. What better way to relieve millennial parent woes than to Pound at the end of the day. I have been leading POUND classes since 2016 and what can I say, "I love it." My stress levels are so much better after a night of pounding it out.
