Melissa loves encouraging others to live their best life, have fun, and FEEL their best. She has over 15 years of professional experience in a variety of group exercise instruction as well as one-on-one and small group training. Outside of teaching classes you'll find Melissa traveling to the next National Park on her bucket list, diving into an outdoor adventure such as downhill skiing, or snuggling up with a glass of wine and a good book.
