I am born and raised an Iowa girl. I am an elementary school counselor by day and fitness instructor on the side. I have taught group fitness classes for 10 years. I have my group fitness certification, and I am also certified in Barre Connect and Mat Pilates. I hold licenses to teach many branded formats. I am a big believer in rejecting one's age stereotype.
