I live in beautiful North Wales, UK, and love to spend time by the water, and in the mountains with my dogs.

I have always been a bit of an adrenaline junkie, loving water sports and motorbikes, but didn’t enter the fitness industry until 10 years ago, when my love of music and movement drove me to leave my desk job behind and launch a whole new career.

I love to see the change that takes place in a person when they are able to let go!
