Lia is a long time student and Pound instructor. She is overjoyed to be teaching in Pound’s birthplace, Los Angeles. She is also part of Pound’s Tour Crew Team! Her journey began with her love of movement in dance; Jazz, Hip Hop, and African. She took her love for rhythm and put it into teaching Pound. Lia is also a professional actor, so look out for ridiculous jokes. Lia is overjoyed to teach in LA, the birthplace of Pound.
