The first Pound class I ever took, I left feeling totally overwhelmed but completely IN LOVE with the format and became certified in November 2017. When Generation Pound was released in 2018, I just had to get certified for that too! I love both the adult and kids formats- they are each unique and help release your inner ROCKSTAR.
