I started taking POUND in Sept. of 2016 and I completely fell in love with it. After getting that push from all the girls at the gym I decided to step out of my comfort zone and in Oct. 2017 I got certified. And by thanksgiving I was already teaching. POUND has changed my life in so many ways and nothing makes me happier than rocking out with my girls while getting in an amazing workout!
