I stumbled into Pound as it was offered in a weight loss challenge I joined. I lacked all skill and fluid movement in that 1st class. But I would be driving around and a song would come on and I was trying to play the moves in my head. I was hooked and loving each class I took. Shortly after I decided to get certified as an instructor with absolutely no prior fitness instructor experience. Pound has changed my life and I’ve loved every second!
