On December 16, 2016 I walked into my very first POUND fitness class... I immediately fell in love... it was literally love at first strike! I ROCKED those classes until March 2018, when I finally took the plunge!
Sometimes it scares me... but I LOVE TEACHING!
Sharing my love of this class and the positivity that surrounds it with others is a pretty amazing feeling.
