Welcome to my Profile page! I have been in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, and Health and Wellness professional for over 30 years. I am an ACE certified GFI and Pound Tour Crew! In 2017, while attending a fitness convention in Atlantic City, I took my very first Pound class, falling in love at first strike.
