I've always loved being active but have battled my weight for years and years (and still do). I finally found the right combination of diet and exercise and dropped 118 pounds in 2016. My local Pound class at the YMCA was a big part of my journey. I love now playing a part in helping others on their journey to health and wellness through teaching Pound and Zumba!
