I took my first Pound class in September 2018, and it was truly, "LOVE AT FIRST STRIKE". It was a feeling like none other. It has helped me bring out my true self, find my passion, release fears and just completely let loose. Pound is absolutely for any age and any stage.
I love to inspire people to be healthy and have fun in the process, and I love to share my passion for Pound with everyone.
