I am Maya, a fitness and health advocate from the Philippines. I work as a geologist by day, and moonlights as a health coach and fitness instructor to help people get healthy by guiding them on their health journey. I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, ACE Fitness Trainer and a Pound Pro. My personal mission is to help the world become healthier, one person at a time.
