Long story short, I joined my first Pound class at Halloween event 2019, at first I was reluctant about this new kind of exercise. Turns out that I fell in love at the first Pound. Not long after, I met wonderful Pound Pros and fell in love more and more to Pound then I decided to become a Pound Pro.
