My purpose in life is to connect people of every age and fitness level to the amazing magic of Group exercise. POUND found me at the lowest point in my life and saved me. I can only hope to impart even a sliver of POUNDs energetic, inclusive, and fun magic into the lives of others. My goal is to let my true light shine bright and hopefully reach the darkness of others that they may be experiencing!
