I am Harshey. One of instructor from Brunei Darussalam. I also one of instructor of Trampoline Fitness in Brunei for 5 years. I move independently since I started POUND in Brunei. I manage to do 19 classes in a month and more than 600 participants join in a month. I really enjoy myself doing POUND class, it is not about fame or money, but it is all about our health and most important thing is about mental health.
